Benefits of green tea for health

There are so many health benefits for our drink.

Green tea is useful to help burn fat, prevent heart disease, lowering blood pressure (hypertension), protects the body from diabetes (diabetes).
Besides Green Tea also prevents food poisoning, protect from hepatitis, prevents bad breath, and improve the immune system.
In addition there are several more kinds of green tea for health benefits include:

Lowering cholesterol levels
Lowering the risk of various heart diseases

Helps the body against viruses (like influenza virus)

However, based on research it would be nice if you drink green tea when a warm, not hot at the moment why this is so? Although clearly not in the know with the high heat esophageal cancer risk, but hypothesized that tissue damage due to heat can cause epithelial cancers.
