Custom Energy Drinks

Replace only energy drink that you normally buy with delicious drinks and natural.

Currently, many of energy drinks in containers which claims can make your body more active. But a high caffeine can actually make the body experience health problems if consumed in excess.

Actually, you can create its own energy drinks. By mixing the fruit that is rich in nutrients, the body will get the intake of minerals and vitamins that are high thus making it more energetic.

Try to make two drinks following the recipe reported by the Daily Meal. Of course, instead of energy drinks in containers that you normally consume before or after exercising.


Energy Smoothie
This delicious beverage is very useful to increase the energy. You do this by combining bananas and oranges into fresh drinks. Both are sources of potassium which can help fight fatigue and allows the enzymes the body to produce more energy. Cut only one small banana and flush with lemon juice. You can also add a teaspoon of honey.

Easy Energy Smoothie
As in the previous recipe, this smoothie combine orange juice, banana, but with additional and strawberries. For additional energy source, also include  linseed oil (flax seed). This oil helps slow the release of fruit sugar in the bloodstream. So, you get more energy supplies and active longer. (eh)
